Position Overview:
As a Zonal Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within the assigned region, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing team to meet business objectives. You’ll play a key role in driving market share, strengthening trade relationships, and maximizing revenue.
Job Location:
Abbottabad, Pakistan
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven sales experience in a relevant industry
- Sector-specific sales experience (FMCG/confectionery) will be considered a strong advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the Candyland product range
- Lead and motivate zonal sales teams to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to improve product positioning
- Establish strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other trade partners
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust plans accordingly
- Report sales performance to senior management
