Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL), a leading specialized financial institution with a ‘AAA’ credit rating and an extensive branch network across Pakistan, is inviting applications from dynamic, result-driven professionals for the position of Regional Business Head (VP/SVP). This opportunity is available for the Sindh and Balochistan regions.

ZTBL is seeking professionals who can lead regional branches and drive sustainable growth through strong business development, credit management, and operational efficiency. The role demands strategic leadership and the ability to develop and expand the bank’s presence within the agricultural sector.

Position Details

  • Job Title: Regional Business Head (VP/SVP)

  • Location: Sindh & Balochistan

  • Age Limit: Maximum 55 years (at the time of application)

  • Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized local or international university

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in the banking sector

    • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in managing or supervising a branch network

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the business of 15–25 branches within the assigned region

  • Increase outreach through sound lending practices, deposits, and credit execution

  • Drive the achievement of disbursement, recovery, and deposit targets

  • Supervise the implementation of credit policies and operational plans

  • Establish productive relationships with stakeholders in the agriculture sector including farmers, suppliers, extension staff, and research institutions

  • Ensure financial sustainability and profitability of branches

  • Identify opportunities for new branch openings or relocation

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, including SBP guidelines, AML, CFT, and KYC policies

  • Oversee implementation of quality assurance standards

  • Monitor and review overall financial and operational performance

  • Represent ZTBL in business seminars and regional conferences
