Senior Manager – Channel Enhancement, Trainings & Evaluations

The Job:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving and leading the strategic direction of the network development and enhancement function in line with the company’s vision. This includes expanding the dealership network by identifying potential partners in targeted cities and ensuring standardization across all dealerships as per Chery standards. The incumbent will develop and implement evaluation criteria for dealership performance, conduct customer experience (CX) analysis through tools such as mystery shopping, NPS, CSAT & CSI and continuously engage the sales force via digital platforms, workshops and sales competitions. The role also includes designing and implementing periodic dealer and sales force award programs. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and organizational skills are key to this position.

The Requirements:
The right individual must hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field from a reputable local or foreign institution, with 5-7 years of professional experience in network development within the automobile industry, preferably an OEM. The incumbent must have hands-on experience in dealership development, standardization protocols, CX analysis tools, and sales team engagement.
