Qualification:

  • B.S (Textile Designing)

  • M.Sc (Textile Designing)

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of textile experience in Research & Development of Terry Designs.

  • Expertise in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite & MS Office)

Job Summary:
Responsible for creating innovative, market-relevant designs that meet the expectations, while driving growth through creative and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a high level of creativity and innovation in design development.

  • Understand and accurately interpret the needs, ideas, and preferences of diverse global markets.

  • Conduct thorough market research to inspire forward-thinking and trend-relevant design concepts.

  • Create compelling design layouts with a strong aesthetic sense, with proficiency of relevant software tools.

  • Design presentations that effectively communicate creative direction.

  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution from concept to product.
