HALAN Microfinance Bank Limited – Branch Manager Job

HALAN Microfinance Bank is hiring a Branch Manager to lead deposit mobilization, drive sales, ensure excellent customer service, and manage daily branch operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field

  • 3–5 years of banking experience (at least 2 years in a managerial role)

  • Strong knowledge of deposit products, banking operations, and regulations

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales:

  • Develop strategies to increase deposits

  • Meet monthly and yearly deposit targets

  • Find new clients, including individuals and businesses

  • Promote other bank products like term deposits

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain relationships with key clients and high-net-worth individuals

  • Handle customer queries and complaints

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction

Operational Management:

  • Manage day-to-day branch operations

  • Monitor transactions and ensure compliance

  • Handle cash and ensure branch security

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and motivate branch staff

  • Provide training and support

  • Monitor performance and give feedback

Compliance & Risk:

  • Follow all banking laws and internal policies (AML/KYC)

  • Maintain internal controls and reduce risks

  • Work with audit teams and fix any issues

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Submit reports on branch performance and market trends

  • Analyze performance and take action to improve
