National Power Parks Management Company (Private) Limited (NPPMCL) owns and operates two RLNG-based Combined Cycle Power Plants, namely the 1223 MW Balloki and 1230 MW Haveli Bahadur Shah plants, situated in District Kasur and District Jhang respectively. The company’s head office is located in Lahore. NPPMCL invites applications for various positions, offering market-based remuneration packages and fringe benefits based on qualifications, experience, and skills. The position of General Manager (Admin/HR) requires an MBA or a Master’s degree from a university recognized by the HEC, with a specialization in HR being preferred. Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in administration and human resource management. Experience in developing and implementing approved plans, leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with public procurement rules and board coordination are essential.

The General Manager (Performance & Contracts Management) position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) from an HEC-recognized university, with preference for a Master’s in Engineering. Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in CCGT power plants, including 5 years at a senior management level. The candidate should be experienced in plant performance, contract management, and have knowledge of FIDIC, PEC guidelines, and PPRA laws.

For the role of Manager (Contracts Management), a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or Civil) from an HEC and PEC-recognized university is required. A degree in law or business/management is preferred. The candidate must have at least 7 years of post-qualification experience in the power sector, particularly in FIDIC, PEC, and PPRA regulations.

The Manager (Plants Performance) position requires a degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) and preferably an additional qualification in business. A minimum of 7 years’ experience working in combined cycle power plants is required.

The Assistant Manager (Electrical) role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) from an HEC and PEC-recognized university, with preference for a Master’s degree. The candidate should have 5 years of experience in IPPs, particularly at combined cycle power plant sites. One position is available at the 1223-MW Balloki plant and another at the 1230-MW HBS plant.

For the Admin Executive position, applicants must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration from an HEC-recognized university and at least 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience. Proficiency in MS Office is required. One position is available at each plant site: Balloki and HBS.

The Accounts Executive role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Prior work in the public sector is highly desirable.

The Electrician position requires a DAE in Electrical/Electronics and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
